Sweet Pea

Hi there! I've got another fun project to share with you today, featuring this week's spotlight set—the Sweet Peas Stamp Set! I can't get enough of these adorable pea images and their cute, punny sentiments. Scroll to the end of this post for a link to the supplies!

For this card, I stamped the vine and those sweet little peas using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then colored them in with Stampin' Blends in Granny Apple Green, Lemon Lime Twist, and Petunia Pop—such a fresh and cheerful combo! After that, I fussy cut the images.  Now, I'll be honest, fussy cutting isn't always my favorite, but this was great practice, and I love how it makes the images pop off the card!

I layered Petunia Pop and Thick White cardstock (CS) to create a vibrant panel. Then, for a fun pop of pattern, I added a banner using the 2024-2026 Designer Series Paper (DSP). Finally, I adhered the panel to a Smokey Slate card base for a crisp, polished look.

To finish the card, I tucked the vine images behind a large Stylish Shapes circle and glued them in place. Using Stampin' Dimensionals, I popped the circle onto the center of the card, then added the sweet peas for even more dimension. For the final touches, I added the sentiment, some rhinestone embellishments, and a Linen Thread bow—because a little extra detail makes all the difference! Oh, and of course, I couldn't forget the inside—I stamped a sweet vine image to tie it all together.

CS Layers: 3-3/4" X 5, 3-5/8" X 4-7/8"

DSP Banner: 2" X 4-7/8"

Circle: 2-7/8"

Sentiment: 1/2" X 3-1/2"
